*I agree and understand that DLC may use any/all of my information for admissions consideration and marketing purposes (i.e. photos, videos, titles, etc).
*I agree to pay the full tuition one week prior to the beginning of the cohort.
*I agree and understand that 80% participation is required to graduate from the program, inclusive of the diversity research initiative group presentation, book presentation, and community service project.
*I agree and understand that DLC will conduct videos and take pictures throughout the program to capture pivotal moments of the cohort and these videos and pictures may possibly be used for social media, marketing and advertising.
*I agree and understand that if I do not meet the requirements to graduate, NO REFUNDS will be provided to me. DLC will provide alternative options to complete the program.
