PROGRAM

DLC offers aspiring and experienced leaders with opportunities to benefit from qualified and seasoned trainers, scholars, and business professionals who share and discuss research and best practices regarding obtaining excellence through diversity, equity, and inclusion.

DLC is designed for individuals interested in gaining access to networks, mentors, and sponsors that have traditionally not been available to diverse members of the broader community.

Program Details

DLC is a 12 week colloquia of specialized training, which is held twice a year. Each plenary session is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours in length, coupled with an independent research venture and a community service project.
